T-Force Trance Gate 2

T-Force Trance Gate 2 is an envelope controlled rhythmic gate effect to chop an incoming audio signal like e.g. a pad sound into a rhythmic sequence. This kind of effect was used a lot in old classic trance tunes which also gave this effect its name. In early days of trance music this effect was realized by using a noise gate device. The rhythmic sequence was done by using e.g. a hihat sequence which was routed to the sidechain input of the noise gate. The T-Force Trance Gate 2 uses an internal step sequencer instead, to make the workflow easier to create this effect. It also can be switched to a sidechain mode, to use it the "classical" way by using an external audio signal as a sidechain input. The Trance Gate 2 also has a multimode filter. The effect is fully controlled by an amp envelope and a filter/resonance envelope. With all these features it's even possible to turn your favorite pad sound into an arp-like sequence.

How to install: Just download and run the installers to install the plugins to your preferred VST folders. Normally the VST3 version has to be installed in its default system folder "\Common Files\VST3. But VST3 installer lets you also choose another custom VST3 location if you want.

Info: the VST2 versions also use the VST3 preset system (.vst3preset), to make the presets cross-compatible. The factory presets automatically will be installed to the system VST3 Presets folder and are automatically available for all versions after loading the plugins inside your DAW.

Please note: supports Windows 7 and higher only, because the plugin uses a new graphics API - all graphics now will be rendered with your graphic card's GPU instead of the CPU. Windows XP doesn't support the new graphics API. No Mac support. It may be possible to also add Mac versions in future.
